Would RecommendI had this for a few months when it started to leak, called company and no problem sent me a new one no shipping no need to send old one back. I like the different settings , the different changing colors of lights it’s super quiet. And also has a sleep mode shuts off the lights.

Love my HUME humidifier
Would RecommendI bought this humidifier a year ago. After cleaning it to put it away for the summer, I realized I could not find the small mist nossel that directs the mist. I really like the way this machine works but can't use it without that small part. I just called your customer service dept. and was told you would sent me a new machine. GREAT!

Enjoy the humidifier for about 2 months and then it cannot generate mist and leaks. Purchased 2 from Costco and the other is still working. Wish more self-repair information on the manual. The customer service so far is good.

Would RecommendI received this humidifier within the past week and I am very satisfied with it, especially the mist output. It is a greater output than that of larger humidifiers that I have purchased in the past. I also love the automatic setting which prevents the room from feeling humid. The size is perfect for my apartment size living room. The top fill feature allows hassle free filling. Thank you for a great product!
