2-4 extension pole is a joke

Got this today first use and it’s just sliding down already what on earth I’m disgusted how can I spend all this money on my purdy stuff finally get a pole and it just slides down making my work 1009x harder

Polls don't work

these polls do not stay locked they will collapsed approximately after 2 months of work. I've purchased both a 8 and 4ft and both have this problem. Please fix this issue

Probably one of the best brands of extension

To go along with the Purdy roller we purchased, this extension handle is amazing, especially with its quick lock and release features

Fast to remove frame

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 3 different lengths of poles. Since the frame can be removed so quickly I have more flexibility to use the right length all day painting.

May work for DIY

I’m a professional painted and Ive purchased 2 power lock poles. And they’ve lasted me maybe 6 months power lock goes out pushes it’s self back in as I’m rolling. Really frustrating

The Locking Mechanism is Bulky & I Don’t Care for that Button, I will say you folks had it right the first time with the metal clip locking mechanism , Simple, Slim, Basic, Functional, like the Sherlock, hope you guys get it right on the next model, bring back the original pole, I have a couple of extra poles yet, everyone is going Sherlock, why did you change a hood thing?

Extremely sturdy. No indications of bending.

Amazing product. Hesitated to spend this much but very well worth the money.

Exceeds Expectations

The quality of this extending pole is excellent. Fully extended, the pole experiences only minor bending so you can paint confidently while it is fully extended. What I like most is that attachment mechanism is quick and seamless. It works with Purdy 9 inch roller as well as the 12-18" roller. It still has ACME threads to be used will all other roller or attachments as well.

Don't stay locked

Completed my purdy large roller and the ease of adjusting the length and taking roller on and off is amazing

How do you mess up a pole?

I have been a painter for 23 years and this is the worst pole I have ever used. I purchased multiple poles for each of the employees as part of a winter season bonus tool bundle. The lock mechanism’s on 4 out of 7 broke within two weeks. I have been consistently noticing a drop in quality of all Purdy products since the Sherwin Williams acquisition over a decade ago. A pole from harbor freight one of the apprentices uses outlasted this and it has less wobble when extended. I couldn’t believe ...

Excellent system which aided in great results!

I don’t know why I painted with any other extension pole before this one. Between the quick connect system and the quick trigger extension makes adjustments lightening fast.

Purdy Please!

Doesn't lock after painting only two rooms! Only had it for 2 months!
