Not bad

The bigger shower head is great. The only problem is the smaller handheld showerhead sits really high and almost sprays the ceiling of my shower. It was easy to install but I do wish the handheld was located lower. A short person would not be able to reach this head in my shower luckily we are a tall family.

Are you tall?

I got this shower head for my son’s bathroom. I had my husband install it and he said it was an easy install. I of course went in afterwards to check his handwork. I ran the water. No leaks = happy momma. So then I wanted to check all the features. I’m 5 ft 6 inches. The top shower head is really high up. I actually had to stand on the lip of the tub to get the top shower head down. My son is taller than me so he isn’t having any issues. Hopefully he will use it to clean his tub too. He likes it...

Versatile shower head

This showerhead / hand held unit is super easy to install. There is an integral holder in the shower head base to hang the hand held sprayer on plus there is an additional holder with a heavy duty suction cup that can be placed anywhere for more convenience. The main showerhead has a large gentle spray and the hand held has several different options that also makes it easy for cleaning the inside of the tub enclosure! Great options on handheld

I would have liked some spray options on the over head not just the handheld nozzle. Overall no issues and a simple installation.

Not the greatest

This shower system looks great but I wish it came in brushed nickel, I installed it within 5 min. It worked fine at first ,it has a great selection of shower spray modes I enjoyed the massage function very much . Only one problem I'm having is that the next day it is leaking alot. not from the screw on connections but from the joint andI cannot stop it maybe I have too much water pressure in my home?I had too remove it . it did not work correctly .I took it off and reinstalled it many times but ...

Great functions, decent pressure

We installed this head a few weeks ago. Wife and kids both love it. The diverter works great and once we figure out the best position was a really nice feature. The second wand is nice and we use it more than expected since it's pretty powerful. Great shower head and looks pretty decent as well.

Questionable longevity....

...this showerhead combo kit currently works just fine. Attractive fixture, functions correctly, and easy to install and operate. My concern is how long will it last? Only the stainless steel hose appears to be metal. The rest of the fixture seams to be just plastic. Other than the hose the rest of the fixture is extremely light weight leading me to believe it's just chrome plated plastic. I realize it has a lifetime guarantee. I just can't get past all the plastic.

Great shower head

Very easy to install and everything needed was in the package. Shower works great with little noise and good water flow. Bright chrome finish looks good. I recommend it for those folks who like a wand type shower.

Very Nice Showerhead and Handheld

The shower head looks great and gives a very nice wide spread with good pressure. The handheld also has great pressure and has many nice different settings. The quality appears to be good and installation was easy with no leaks. Teflon tape is provided to ensure a leak-free installation. The set screw is a nice addition to secure the head in place. The optional suction mount is nice in that you have the option for a permanent mount or suction mount. About the only negative I can say about the...

Great product

I found the shower head to be a great product. I was impressed with how easy it was to install. Everything you need to install it was included. Including the all wrench , and the plumber tape . Great job

Great 3-way shower head

The product arrived in good condition. Installation was straightforward, even comes with plumbers tape. The instructions say to not tighten the head too much on to the shower arm, but if you don't secure it with a bit of elbow grease it's going to come loose. Great functions, the diverter is a bit slow to switch the flow, but works very well and as advertised. The main head does not have selective spray patterns like the handheld head does.

Nice Product

Easy install, works well and looks good. We’ll see how it holds up over time with 6 people taking showers daily.
