We did not have a fixture in the dining room. This came very well packed to prevent damage. All parts are included. In order to use the drop tube you have to have at least a 9 to 10 foot ceiling. You can install, as I did, this without the tube and it worked on an 8 foot ceiling. You just need to only use tone chain link that easily opens and closes. This is not heavy so that makes installation easier. Be sure to feed the wires through the small tube into the ceiling plate before securing...

Beautiful and elegant lamp

I really like this light. It was extremely well packed and everything was included. My husband is in the process of building me a She Shed. We had been to Lowe's a couple of times to pick stuff out for my getaway. This light is perfect. My electrician looked it over and said it will be extremely easy to install and he is impressed with the quality of the light. I love it.

Nice solid chandelier with one obvious flaw

This is a very solid, generally well put together chandelier. The glass globes are quite thick glass, and the securing system for them is excellent - no set screws, but a large bezel that screws down over the socket and holds the globes in place. They give you plenty of chain for hanging, and plenty of wire, and the arms are easy to adjust and reposition. Great product, I couldn’t be more pleased with this light fixture. My wife wanted a new light fixture in the dinning room and she loves it. It was pretty easy to install. Would suggest when installing it to have two people because of the weight of the light fixture. Had it installed in a little over a hours. I would highly recommend this light to anyone! Very high quality!

Modern classic bright and crisp chandelier

Finally have the perfect light for my room! Installed easily in less than 30 minutes included removing the old one. Height options includes multiple rods for lower hanging but I chose higher. Love the 300 watts of dimmable brightness for either relaxing or brightness for reading. Crisp and clear light with a modern yet classic look. Solid construction with quality finish.

I love this light

This light is gorgeous! I liked the light I had but I love this one. It was super easy to assemble and install. It comes with several stem pieces so I could adjust the height. It took me about 15 minutes to install. I tried regular bulbs and flame shaped bulbs but Edison bulbs are perfect.

Just gorgeous! Perfect for creating a grand entrance. Sleek, beautiful, a very dark bronze, almost black matte finish. Well made lighting. Beautiful Fixture

Beautiful light fixture. I haven’t installed it yet but it have a lovely finish and nice glass globes. This is a traditional style and can also be modern with the right decor.

Easy to install, everyone has commented how "clean" or airy and also elegant this look is, very happy with the quality so far, performs as it should. Gorgeous black and trendy color , definitely a piece I will be buying again when the need arises

Beautiful Chandelier

Let me start off by saying, this is a gorgeous modern piece. The globes are large and made of thick clear glass. It was very easy to put together and packed well for shipping. This would have been a nice addition to my dining area, and the only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because each time the switch was flipped it blew the fuse. Not really sure why as everything was hooked up properly and it was going in place of an existing fixture that should have been an easy install.

Looks great in our dining room

This light was very easy to install. Not quite as heavy as I had thought. Keep in mind that the bulbs are not included. If you might be having second thoughts, the instructions are very clear and you do not have to be an electrician to install this.

Sophisticated design

I really like this simple yet classy design. It was easy to install and looks great decorated with greenery for Christmas. The globes are heavy duty!! Only thing required are new light bulbs. The ones I had don't look right. Will be updated them asap.

Let the light shine!!

I really like this chandelier light. We have a loghouse with a high ceiling and had no lighting beside 2 table lamps, which do not provide much light. I wired this light in throigh the attic and installing was super easy and completely changed the perspective of the room. Its so much brighter than before!! Its simple install and simple design were great benefits of it!

Elegant

This is a very nice addition to any room. It's elegant. That's the best word for it. It was fairly easy to put up too. My wife loves it. It really adds to the kitchen.

Great cheaper addition to add something new to any room we put it in our dining room some assembly required but nothing too drastic easy to install and works great

Pretty-modern

This is a lovely, modern looking chandelier. I can also see using it in more traditional decor as well. It’s very heavy, sturdy, and nicely made. I like the clear light covers because I love using vintage look bulbs and like them to show. This comes with all items needed to install on an existing area with electrical. It looks very nice over our dining room table. Recommend.

Fantastic bright light

I installed this light in what will be a laundry room. The light from this chandelier is fantastic, some in the family say it’s too bright. Though the instruction booklet doesn’t say what wattage of bulbs are required, I used 60w daylight bulbs. It was also one of the easiest light fixtures I’ve installed. The only issues I had were the glass shades were a little rough on the edges as were the metal pieces that hold them on the light. But, then again, that is why the instruction booklet suggests...

Brightens my day

I am very happy with the brightness of the six light Traywick chandelier. It is replacing an ancient dim fluorescent light fixture. It was simple to install and it’s nice to be able to turn it on/off with a wall switch. The bronze finish compliments my wall cabinets and other decor.
