Would RecommendThis faucet brings me the hot water faster than my prior one and has more pressure. A great replacement even though my other brand had a lifetime warranty, this one is so much better, it was worth spending the money. Nice look too.

Spray head fell off
Would Not Recommend2 weeks after installation and the spray head came off the hose when the water was turned on. It will not click back into place despite there being tabs/hooks on the hose connector/spray head for it to do so. Spray head is completely loose and no signs of broken pieces. Shoddy craftsmanship and design.

Quick connect assembly is problematic
Would RecommendThe Quick Connect assembly, part # RP03039, has what appears to be a one-way flow valve in it that some large grains of sand &/ flakes of metal pipe clogged it up to the point where the flow rate was insufficient to turn on my tankless electric water heater. Troubleshooting says to "call customer service", which I've done 3 times, with unsatisfactory follow up. I finally bought a 2nd one to see how the quick connector works so I wouldn't have to uninstall the original one to install a new one. ...
