The faucet is great. The soap dispenser could not be filled from the top, even though the directions said it could be. My plumber has installed many and could not find a way to fill the dispenser from the top. Disappointing. I filled the hole with a plug.

Would Not RecommendI installed this and it lasted about a year before it started leaking at the handle (cartridge) - impossible to find replacement parts. Lowes does not stock them, I called the 800 number and they could not provide replacements, the plumbing supply warehouse near me could not find parts!!! I managed to take it apart and rebuild and stopped leak. The the hose connection to the pull out sprayer started leaking... same drill. Great looking faucet for a budget
Would RecommendFaucet looks nice. It has excellent pressure. After seeing the reviews from other people about longevity tonight, I am a little worried that it won't last. We shall see. I will update this review if I experience any kind of failure.

Would RecommendLong stem doesn't feel very secure and the pull down handle seems to have a weak / loose clip to hold it in. Love the high neck, rotation and diff streams. Like it and its appearance but worry about it's sturdiness over time.

Would Not RecommendVery easy to install and looked great but less than a year later the internal pieces started leaking and ruined the new flooring i had just put down. Somehow faucets know exactly when new flooring is installed. Nothing i can do but pay for another one. Also the soap dispenser pump never worked properly.
