Does not stay in place
This is a difficult shower head to use. The bottom of the handheld piece is covered in plastic and does not stay stationary in its holder. It rotates constantly to the side and will pop up if pressed down to stabilize. It simply will not stay straight. Eventually after re-positioning it time and time again, the head comes loose from the connection and starts spurting water everywhere. For the price, I can't say I'm surprised it has a major flaw.

Would Not Recommendvery poor pressure! waste of time and money! Low pressure isn't saving the customer money-it is costing consumer money-because it takes forever to rinse the soap off! therefore the water is running longer! these engineers and manufacturers must not understand Physics!
