Would Not RecommendI removed the water saver at the screw end of the shower head, there seems to be something else deeper inside the shower head that looks like another water saver, but I cannot remove it. I HATE WATER SAVERs ... those only help when the water pressure is normal, but my low-income senior apartment this shower head is just a fast dribble.
