Would RecommendI bought 3 toilets but didn't install the third toilet within 90 days due to delays in project. By the time I opened the box, I discovered the tank lid was smashed. The local Lowes wouldn't exchange it and told me to try to return it at the specific Lowes where I bought it which is farther away. She said that she didn't think they would replace it either.
