THIS TOILET is junk

I purchased in my cabin remodel, and because I waited for another issue to resolve, when we finally was able to use it "brand new" it never worked. Now being over the year to return I am stuck now having to go to the manufacturer. I paid three plumbers to attempt fixing it..two-three times the cost of this NON FIXABLE toilet.

I bought three for my new house. Two work passably well, but not great. Low water level in the bowl seems to be a thing, but it doesn't go down. The third had the water going out of the bowl, and its replacement has had water leaking between tank and base despite new o-ring installation. It got worse with the new ring installation. Returning and buying a more expensive toilet.

Look very carefully before you install!

The toilet looked nice but it had a defective bowl. It looks like the manufacturer tried to repair it before it left the factory. It has a hole that seeps water every time you flush it. The toilet was special order because of the color (Oyster). I had to uninstall it and make a 42 mile round trip to return it to the nearest store. Now I have to wait till the money is refunded to my card plus another week to get a new toilet. Also plan on buying a better toilet seat because, even with extreme car...

Do not have delivered

I have ordered this toilet 2 times and both times it has come damaged. Lowe's (oh get this they don't take any accountability because they are not the delivery service, it is FedEx's problem). I don't have a truck so that is why i selected delivery. Now i have to find a way to get iot back to lowe's again to get my mioney back. As big as Lowe's is they should have FedEx come back and get it. This is costing me more money that this toilet is worth.

It didn’t ever come

Just open and did not have the to mount.

What is going on with Lowe's. this order was so messed up and now I find out when we go to put this it don't have all the parts
