Inspect for any cracks or breakage bef the install

After a good one was received the product was good and is as described. It’s flushes nice and has nice finish. Our problem was it took three tries to get one that was not broken. First one broke in transit. Second one was delivered with a crack and finally the 3rd one is good.

Great Toilet

The bowl height 17" makes it easy for injures or old persons to get on or off the toilet. And it flushes wastes away unlike many other toulets that require a plunger sometimes.

Great size for smaller bathroom (Round). Comes complete for installation. Not pure white, but more of a bone white

Just the Right Height

I no longer feel like I'm sitting on the ground. Good height.

Easy to install.

Overall it is a good toilet, it just needs to have a better seat instead of the cheap plastic one that is included.

My first purchase was a higher $$ toilet that wouldn't even flush toilet paper. Constant clogs. Very frustrated! Took it out. Purchased a different name brand and the workmanship quality was poor with rough sharp edges in trap and not fully glazed under rim, trap, and other areas. Back in the box and took it straight back. Cheap Thin Material

Bottom 10” piece broken off yet the box was not damaged. How is this possible unless the material is defective or too thin? Maybe this is why cracks developed in my current AS toilet in less than 5 years.

Exact same toilet as in white but cost $50 more.

Had to special order the bone color, and it arrived with a broken seat. The store manager allowed me to exchange the seat for another in store model of a different brand.

Terribke lowes customer service/manager

The product is ok. But Lowes gave me the wrong toilet. I ordered a white, tall, oval, toulet with sift close lid. They gave me a round toil without soft close lid. I didn't notice it was wrong until it was Installed. I spoke with Lowes stire manager in Slidell, LA, who was extremely rude and only said i could return it. I cant because i Lready paid someone to install it. Its Installed. He didnt even apologize fir the error. NEVER DEALING WITH LOWES AGAIN.

Terrilble

Wanted a water saver but this model just not worth to save on the water. The way the bowl its designed it leave all the "debris" and the flushing system will not take everything out once you done doing your bossiness. In another words you will have to brush the bowl every time you use it which its not terrible bad but its not what I expected to see on a toilet.
