Looked like a good deal on paper but some significant issues: 1. The "chair height" is about 1" higher than other chair height toilets - just enough to be too high for comfort. 2. the water level in the toilet is not high enough to prevent soiling above the line - and because of the low flush volume, it needs to be cleaned far too often. 3. You must hold the flush handle down for 3-4 seconds to get a full flush. Get a Kohler.

Would RecommendBowl water level way to low--no way to adjust for more water in bowl. Have to flush 2-3 times to remove stuck on stuff from bowl! UGH!!! Guess that is the way all appliances are made using water saver. Very flimsy seat came with unit. Love the height.

The toilet lid is plastic. I would not trust sitting on it. I put another wooden seat on. I like the narrow size and the taller height of this toilet.

Water level and seat is small
Would Not RecommendUnable to turn the water level up for bowl fill, causing u to have to flush more then once after each use, poop sticks to them due to the water level is low, requiring constant cleaning. The toilet seats are flimsy, awkwardly uncomfortable and junky. We bought two 17 inch my husband already had both installed before I was home to inspect. Had I been home and seen the first one pulled out of the box. I would had boxed up and returned back to the store. Do yourself a favor and buy a gerber.
