Internal leak after 1-2 years

Water leaked from inside the faucet so bad that it soaked through and ran down the back of my siding and the bottom of the cabinet under the sink was completely soaked.

A Good Looking Faucet.

This is a good looking single-handed faucet in Stainless Steel PVD. PVD? What the heck is that? I looked it up and it says "Physical Vapor Disposition". Solid material is placed on another material to produce a lasting coat. Warning Will Robinson. This faucet looks good because it's real metal on another surface, my guess is plastic. Nice finish kitchen faucet

Nice looking kitchen faucet, pull out handle is great when washing fruits and vegetables. The finish is great so far, hopefully it holds up over time.

failed in less than a year, shot water into den

Cheap junk. Spray head came off while I was doing dishes, water sprayed into the next room. I put the o ring back in before reassembly and it dripped down the supply line under the cabinet. Spend more and get a real brand.

Meets expectations, but you get what you pay for

This faucet is a no-frills, builder quality item that does the job. I have installed it in my laundry sink where the pull-out feature is quite welcome. Previously I had a standard faucet without the pull-out feature but a higher spout. The high spout was helpful when trying to put a large item (such as a large planting pot) in the sink, but the pull-out feature makes up for this by being able to reach over the side of the sink to the floor where I sometimes use it to fill 5 gallon kegs. leaking in only 6 months

Faucet installed well, worked as it should until today. Now it is leaking from inside when off at full cold or hot position. Will have to see if they honor the warranty.

Not so tall tap

This I believe is Lowe’s brand called project source. I have few of their items used in the past which have worked well. The quality seems fine and only thing I would wish is taller tap which would help wash dishes and pots.

Works great on my laundry room sink.

This was easy to install and works well for washing my dog. The attachment of the main holder is a new type of system to me. The fact that it installs so quickly and easily makes this a must have!

Excellent Design = Simple Installation

This faucet has to be one of the best designed units I have ever dealt with and I have installed many over the years for both myself and my friends. The big plastic hold down "nut" makes installation simple. No need for special wrenches, no hold down spacers, no clips, etc. However, my sink is cast iron and has a irregular mating surface underneath..... couldn't tighten the nut properly. Nice faucet

Packaged well. I can not believe how easy the installation easy with that slide nut. Directions were clear. The faucet has great water flow. The finish is nice and hopefully holds up in my garage sink.

Project Source Budget Faucet

Project Source kitchen faucet with pull out sprayer is pretty much a budget type fixture. Most of the connections are plastic so if you install or someone else installs make sure to use plumbing tape. Tighten but do not over tighten the connections. Many of the other reviews are less favorable but I have had success with it in a laundry room. Just now what you are getting…it is not a high end faucet and you must take care in installation.
