Good for anything you need a soft surface

The wrapper this comes in shows it being used in a gym, and I think you could use it just about anywhere. I am using it as an anti-fatigue mat in my workshop. The edges are perforated so you could just keep making this as big as you need it to be, and it comes with an edge filler so the outside edge would be smooth. Light weight and good quality overall.

Great work out mat

Great work out mats. One kit covers a 4' x 6' area and can easily be added onto with more sets. One set is good for one person working out. They are about a half inch thick with a good level of firmness. Soft enough to provide cushion and firm enough that you don't feel like there is nothing there. They are a lot softer than traditional fitness center floors though.

So far, so good

I hot these to setup a workout area for my son in the basement. I like that they come with the borders if you want them. They do provide a nice cushion under foot and youre able to cover a good area with the package. My concern with them is in the long term and if they qill maintain thwir thickness and cushion and if thwy will tear as they appear to be your basic foam rubber pad.

Fantastic for home use to protect the floor

I have really liked these interlocking foam mats for my home usage. I debated on using them in a kids playroom area to help absorb some toddler tumbles. Instead I found them more useful for my home gym setup. Dropping weights down on here and dripping sweat onto these foam mats gives me some peace of mind. Durable, lightweight exercise mat

We were looking for interlocking exercise mats for our workout equipment, and these work great. We first tried a single pack, but then decided to cover our entire exercise room with it. We have a Bowflex, stationary bike and elliptical on it. The interlocking pieces hold together, but they do stretch with heavy equipment on them, and will create some slight bulges. You can try moving the equipment around to compress those out. But overall, these work very well for us.

Comfort mats used to save knees

These mats provide a firm but yet cushioned feeling. they are durable and can be easily clean or washed with soap and water which make them look new again. I like the interlocking feature on the edges. These allow you to create a larger matted area or you can use these in small spaces by trimming them to fit the small area. I also carry one in my truck which I use to kneel on while working at ground level.

Good Mat for our needs

Mat is great for equipment. It is stiff enough to support lighter equipment but soft enough not to hurt knees and elbows. The pack has edging piece so it can give a completed look.

Interlocking Foam Mat

This mat is a nice size for a small piece of workout equipment or a short person to exercise on. It’s very lightweight and easy to move around. To me it’s a little too thin and I had trouble keeping the edges locked in. If you have small children it might be a good mat for them to play on. Overall I would not recommend this product

I love this product. It comes in pieces that easily snap together and actually stay together when used. I used it for my home gym. It provided enough cushion when weights are dropped on it so my hardwood floors are not damaged. It can also be trimmed to fit the area needed.
