Would RecommendAt first glance, I thought this was too light weight to be good, but I installed it on my outdoor shower and it performed beautifully. installation took all of 45 seconds and the spray pattern was/is excellent. Additionally, the spray holes are made of a silicone rubber which makes them easy to clean if you get lime scale.

No spray settings! I need them!
Would Not RecommendI tried to install this new shower head. But, My current shower head connector would not break loose with actually breaking it and did not want to do that. I will have to get a plumber with the right tools to accomplish that task. I do not think I would have liked this shower head at any rate because it did not have multiple selections on spray options. But, I was willing to try it anyway. I stored it in lined closet in case my other shower head quit working for any reason. At least I will alway...
Small, Cheaply Made
Would Not RecommendThis shower head was much smaller than I expected....approx 3" x 2.5". The description indicated it was a single setting, but I did not expect it to be so small. The single setting sprays a good bit of water, but the head is cheaply made. Pretty much all plastic with the "chrome" portion only being a Chrome color on the plastic. They do give you a little thread tape to wrap around the faucet but otherwise, unless you're looking for something simple and cheap, I would not recommend it.

Would RecommendLove this little shower head, for its size it works efficiently putting out a nice gentle spray that makes taking a shower enjoyable. Obviously if your looking at this unit you are trying to save money and for this price you have a very good unit that works well dispersing the water evenly through all the jets. Installation was quick and easy and the shower head includes a small roll of teflon tape that I did not use. I have learned that most if not all shower heads are made of a very good plast...
Keep It Simple Showerhead
Would RecommendThe children's bathroom deserves something simple. This is just that, a showerhead. It installs in seconds and works fine. The chrome finish plastic should work well for this setting.
