Water drips from faucet for several minutes after you turn it off. Very frustrating.

Plastic nut on spout very fragile

I wish that they would supply a brass or metal nut on spout. I already cracked mine.

Can not live without this

So glad to finally have this installed in my garage. Took more plumbing than I had hoped but still worth it. Love having hot water out there to wash floors etc.

Good faucet for a low price

Yes, it's inexpensive, but it's a good faucet.

Do not buy with expectation of using garden hose

Installed easily, worked fine until I attached a hose to the end, which was the whole reason I bought it. Turns out the hose threads are not part of the faucet, it's simply a coupler screwed on the end. We'll as soon as I took the hose off the coupler came off with it. Now i have a sink that I can't hook a different hose to and a hose that can't connect to anything else. I wouldn't have bought it knowing this.

Leaks

As others have noted, this faucet drips right out of the box. I replaced a tub and faucet that was in our house 16 years ago when we bought it (who knows how long before that), that NEVER dripped. The fact that this is brand new and drips is frustrating, to put it mildly. Returning it as soon as my replacement comes in. Hate having to do jobs two or three times due to junk parts.

I replaced my old dripping faucet with a shiny new dripping faucet. I'll try one more to see what happens. it's not adjustable like the old packing style. that would have been too easy. back to the store I go. what a drag.

Installation is easy. My only complain is that the instructions state "this product requires the installation of a certified to ASME A112.18.3 or CAN/CSA B64 Series atmospheric vacuum breaker (VVB) installed in-between the shut off valves and hose inlet." The details here don't indicate that. So now, I have to spend my useful time and go back to Lowes and get these items. So if it's required for installation, why is not mentioned here Lowes?

Leaks

I finally decided to have my old faucet replaced because it leaked. I had this installed by a plumber and it is leaking the very next day. It probably leaked the day it was installed and just went unnoticed. Now I am out the money I paid to have this installed and need to have it swapped out. Do not buy.

Affordable/Good!

I like that this is a mostly metal product.. brass i think with just a few “plastic” nuts/threads and underside plate, but the handles are nice and smooth. Not flimsy and loose feeling like plastic plated chrome ones or whatever. Solid.
