Would RecommendExact replacement for a dysfunctional faucet. Nearly 40 year old laundry room tub faucet was useless, mostly due to lack of use. Extremely hard to turn valves. This unit was an exact size. Easy to install. I upgraded the shutoffs to 1/4 turn valves at the same time. Price point on the faucet is great at under $30.
