Ratings may include incentivized customer reviews.
What Customers Are Saying
The utility sink faucet has received mixed reviews. While some found it easy to install and functional, the majority reported issues with the quality and durability. Common complaints include the faucet being made of cheap, low-quality plastic that feels flimsy and prone to leaking or breaking. However, a few customers considered it a good value for the price, despite acknowledging the plastic construction. Overall, the faucet may not be a reliable long-term option due to concerns about its quality and longevity.

Facet head leaks
Would Not RecommendWhile installing this I found that the facet head doesn't make a good seal with the extendable hose. I'm not sure if this was missing a gasket or something or it's just designed poorly but I ended up using an o-ring in between the 2 and that seems to have made the seal work so if you have an issue like this just still an o-ring in there.
Not very good
Would Not RecommendHave had less than a year. Hardly gets used as its in the utility sink in our garage. After about 5 usages, it started leaking. It now leaks from the pull out handle and cannot be used accordingly. I now would have to hire someone to come out and replace. Do not recommend.
Really cheap crap
Would Not RecommendGood packaging. Cheap plastic but installs easy. Using on utility sink outside. As long as you don’t change the spray and don’t pull it out to spray it works okay. Just don’t use it much it might last a while. Rather expensive for what it is.

Unusable faucet
Would Not RecommendThis faucet is useless. Once you pull the sprayer out, it is virtually impossible to get it back in. This faucet was "recommended" by Lowes to go with a mud sink. This faucet should not be "recommended" by Lowes for ANYTHING.

Nice and simple for a camper.
I put this in the small sink in our camper. It is handy to pull out and use. It looks fine and the price is right.

Made of plastic but works fine so far
Would RecommendThe sink is nice and easy to install. I installed it on a big ruggedtub sink and it looks and works perfectly. You can tell it’s make of cheap plastic but it hasn’t leaked yet. The sink head reaches nice and far too.

Budget made faucet but functional
Would RecommendNon-Metallic parts is an interesting way to say plastic. It is very cheaply made but expected that based on the price. I had no problem installing it and no leaks (yet). I also don't see a way to replace internal parts so expect it's throw-away when it needs service. I also had to modify the utility tub as it only had two holes for the faucet, this must have three. Lowe's need a third option on "Would you recommend" called "It Depends". If you're looking for a high-quality faucet for moderate to...
Dripping
Would Not RecommendIt started dripping after 6 months of use. This is the second set that does that. The first one lasted around 7years. If anyone has a recommendation for a Metal faucet for utility sink (top mounted) leave a comment.
Worth the price
Would RecommendWhile I wouldn't say it was the best quality, it was easy to put together and the price was right!

plastic connections
Would Not RecommendPurchased in August and around Nov/Dec started leaking between hose and faucet connection. Replaced rubber gaskets, but still leaked, seems that the connection is plastic it will not tighten enough to keep from leaking. The water shoots back out from inside connection. I called the parts customer service for Warrenty and they are sending me new parts. That is great, but it will probably do it again.

Zero stars
Would Not RecommendBought brand new box. But it leaks from the pull out handle. It’s literally the last step of the install to check for leaks on the handle. And after about 45min of the install, it leaks. Crap. It’s crap, don’t buy.
