What Customers Are Saying
The utility sink faucet has received mixed reviews. While some found it easy to install and functional, the majority reported issues with the quality and durability. Common complaints include the faucet being made of cheap, low-quality plastic that feels flimsy and prone to leaking or breaking. However, a few customers considered it a good value for the price, despite acknowledging the plastic construction. Overall, the faucet may not be a reliable long-term option due to concerns about its quality and longevity.

Non-Metallic parts is an interesting way to say plastic. It is very cheaply made but expected that based on the price. I had no problem installing it and no leaks (yet). I also don't see a way to replace internal parts so expect it's throw-away when it needs service. I also had to modify the utility tub as it only had two holes for the faucet, this must have three. Lowe's need a third option on "Would you recommend" called "It Depends". If you're looking for a high-quality faucet for moderate to...
Seemed like a good idea
This product was a huge disappointment. My wife and I bought this to replace a utility tub faucet in our laundry room. Since we have 2 dogs the idea of a removable spray head seemed like a nice feature. Paid $38.00 for it and brought it home to install and was disappointed from the moment we opened it. It is very cheap and flimsy plastic. During the installation I could feel that it seemed cheaply put together and the fit and finish was not what I had hoped for. After installation I hooked up an...

Average faucet
This was a replacement of the original which was only about 3 years old. The original started to drip. Internals are all plastic and appear to be non-serviceable.

Parts Missing
I wasn't impressed when I saw how cheap this faucet seemed to be made but for $40, I figured it was worth the money. There's no base gasket, the directions say to just add silicone to the bottom of the faucet which adds to the "cheapness" in my opinion. I started to go about installing it when I found out there was a part missing where the sprayer hose attaches to the faucet so I had to put my old faucet back in. I'm willing to over-look the over all cheapness since I should have looked closer a...

Facet head leaks
While installing this I found that the facet head doesn't make a good seal with the extendable hose. I'm not sure if this was missing a gasket or something or it's just designed poorly but I ended up using an o-ring in between the 2 and that seems to have made the seal work so if you have an issue like this just still an o-ring in there.

This faucet worked well for a while, and then it started leaking. The problem is a check valve. It is the part between the supply line and the faucet. I called the company yesterday. They told me that the part is no longer available. So much for a warranty.
I bought this faucet to replace the old one which was leaking badly. It took only a couple minutes to install but the sprayer will not retract as it will not slide past where it hooks into the base of the faucet even with the weight attached. I removed it and will be returning it. I realized it was very cheap quality but so was my old one that lasted me for years. I am not impressed at all. I don't mind cheaply made as I don't use it that often but absolutely want a functional sprayer.

plastic connections
Purchased in August and around Nov/Dec started leaking between hose and faucet connection. Replaced rubber gaskets, but still leaked, seems that the connection is plastic it will not tighten enough to keep from leaking. The water shoots back out from inside connection. I called the parts customer service for Warrenty and they are sending me new parts. That is great, but it will probably do it again.

Good Product, great price, horrid instructions!
I didn't know for sure if I needed to cut a third hole in the sink top for this replacement faucet - the outside of the box gave no clue. It turned out I did and a hole saw took care of it. But I didn't cut a big enough hole for both the hose and the hard inlet spout - the hose went through the hole, but was too tight to replace in the spout holder. I used my Dremel to oversize the hole to make it work both ways. Step #3 in the install instructions needs to be rewritten to include the hookup of ...

Instructions are worthless
I purchased this faucet a few months ago to replace my laundry tub faucet so that I could use it to fill my sprayer this summer. I read the instructions before purchasing the item, but now after having hip repair surgery, when I am ready to install it, I find that I need a third hole in between for the hose to go through the laundry tub. I am no plumber and am not even handy so I guess I wasted money on this item as I will not be able to use it. Thanks for having complete instructions, said NO O...
