Would Not RecommendWe already have some male and female quick connects. I purchased these to add new items. Unfortunately, these had uneven finish on the male plug, and were not in dimensional tolerance, so they did not fit my existing female connectors. I returned them for a refund and mentioned the problems to the associate.

Would RecommendI have these on all of my hoses. Bought this one for a contractor's 100' hose and it doesn't fit. Didn't know there were sizes of hose ends. But it's an old hose someone had in their shed for years, so maybe that's the problem. So check the amount of threads on old hoses before you buy. This old one didn't have enough threads to set this piece in. I'll keep it. All the rest of them I have had for years and they still work and I have had no problems with them.
