Would RecommendI like that it is metal but I don't like all the parts because there is more to break but for our low-sloped ceiling in the shower, we need something that extends up along the rising slope for our tall people to be able to wash their hair without slouching or hunching.

Works well unless you adjust it frequently
Would RecommendThis extension arm works well to raise or lower the height of your shower head but has one small problem. The threads on the tightening levers are easily stripped. I've had it happen twice until I learned to tighten them barely enough to prevent the arm or shower head from moving. Because of how easy it is to strip the threads, this arm is probably not a good choice if you plan to adjust it frequently or if you have a very large and heavy shower head.
