What Customers Are Saying

The shower arm extension offers adjustable positioning, but has mixed quality and durability. Many users found it convenient and flexible, allowing them to set the desired shower head height. However, a significant number reported issues like leaks, broken parts, and reduced water pressure, especially with hard water use. The product's quality and reliability appear inconsistent, so careful inspection upon installation is recommended to ensure it meets the user's needs.

Bought this to replace an old shower head. It really lifts it up higher so I don't have to duck to get under the water. Fit the new shower head perfect ally. Easy to install. Finish is ok.

Bought this extension to move our shower head down a little so it was easier to reach. Looked good in the illustrations on the website, but once installed it was not adjustable enough to suit our needs. Also looked to gaudy once installed. The way it was packaged we had to destroy the package to open it and it was then to bad to be able to return the item to the store. Forced to keep it and now have no use for it.
