Leaks
Between the female thread fitting and coupling that allows the arm to swivel the extension arm leaks. All set screws were tightened and no leak at the wall connection but major spray from joint.
Cannot support its own weight!
Would Not RecommendItem cannot support its own weight, let alone the additional weight of a showerhead and a showerhead full of water. It is a very useful component that simply needs reengineering of the #2 lever friction lock. Also noted the friction lock parts are make of cheap alloys, which coupled with poor engineering, makes for a mechanical failure.
