Falling Apart!

I bought this product when I added a master bath onto my house. Within one month of purchase the drawer tracks were falling apart. Like one of the other reviews stated it is not sturdy at all. I have had it for only a year and a half and every draw in it is broke or falling out and the two front doors wont stay closed. Bought two of these a "36 & "48. The larger one worked great. Had to return and exchange smaller one, also had trouble with the plumbing and drawer placement.

Decent vanity, too much particle board

I liked how they didn't use particle board in some of this, but unfortunately there's still too much there. The lower panel across the bottom fractured during the install, mostly from being stupidly weak particle board. Other than that, it's a decent vanity.

Great cabinet for the money.

I'm very review sensative and consider all reviews before purchasing, I was concerned about the double sink capabilities and any interference with the drawers. So I went to lowes measured the vanity inside demensions between the drawer slides, and checked the plumbing drains under my existing double sink. Screws too short

The screws provided for the drawer pulls are too short. They only protrude through about 1/16"--not enough to hold the pulls. It doesn't sound like a big deal, but it will be an added hassle and possibly cost.

worse purchase ever

Cabinet holds together with staples, come out by looking at it. All pressed wood except doors. Mobil home quality, should sell for $200 or less.

Poor Construction and Poor Materials

This product is made from low grade particle board that damages easily. The product I purchased from the Lowes store near my home was already damaged. This product is held together with glue and staples with the front doors being the only exception. BAD DESIGN! Not for two sinks!

The designer should not advertise this vanity for use with two sinks. The plumbing runs into the drawers and the round sinks dip low and the pipes block the 1 drawer. Once we opened the box, we realized how cheap it was. I was really disappointed that this turned out so bad. Hopefully the designer goes back and works on their designs.

Vanity looks good and was easy to install.

The only comment that I have is that it really would have been nice if the vanity top came with the vanity.

Totally Unacceptable

The plumbing takes the space of the drawers so no drawers! Not sturdy. Poor quality!

The website info was very good, so it wasn't at all difficult to find what I was looking for (vanity,top, and faucets). However, I didn't see any height measurements for the vanities, and this one was definitely too high. We had to saw some off the bottom of the vanity before installing it to make it look right and not be so high.

Bad Handles...

The holes that were drilled for the handles did not match the handles at all. We had to drill new holes and now our handles are slightly off center. The color is nice and we were able to make it work.

Disappointing Product

Should have opened box in the store! The color should have uniform but turned out to have several different shades of 'Oak' colors. I don't know if it was due to the wood, stain or what but it looks terrible. Two of the 3 drawers do not shut tight and have a gap of about 1/4" all around it. Store description and box both said "No assembly required" yet none of the handles were installed. Isn't that assembly? We will be returning this product for another one. I am curious if anyone from Lowes is ...

good value

Nice vanity for the cost I found it to be half the price of other vanities that size without really sacrificing much quality. The big difference in others were the selection of colors and design and hardware. It will hold a double sink just make sure you read the instructions and remove the shipping braces..

Decent cabinet for the cost.

I would have liked to have had dove tailed drawers and I thought the drawer slides were a little cheap but an over all good replacement vanity. It was comparable to the quality of the one removed and it lasted twenty years..

$th time is charm

I have the 36" vanity in my master bath and I am trying to get another one in the main bath. I love the one I have. Problem is, we have bought 2 that have been broken ; went to another store and they had one in stock, that was broken. Waiting for a new shipment to come in and crossing our fingers that one of them is intact. I love the functionality and looks of this vanity. I did change the pulls and knobs to brushed nickel, tho.

Oak Vanity

Wasted space, no drawers on top of both sides. Would have liked a more durable exterior finish. Looks good new.
