What Customers Are Saying
This tabletop tile saw offers mixed performance. It can handle basic tile cutting tasks adequately, but may struggle with thicker or more delicate tiles, resulting in chipping and poor edge quality. The plastic construction raises durability concerns, with some reports of parts breaking or the blade becoming unstable over time. While it provides a budget-friendly option, customers should carefully consider their specific needs and be prepared to potentially upgrade components or replace the saw if persistent quality issues arise. For more extensive tile work, a higher-end wet saw may be a better long-term investment.

Would RecommendWe bought this to cut small 3”x6” subway tile for our shower install. It efficiently and easily cut the tiles in half as we wanted it to do...and also, with the included jig, was able to easily cut 45-degree angles on our bullnose pieces. Was easy to clean and nice square configuration is a snap to store. Dont spend $hundreds on big complicated saws for small jobs...this works quite well.
garbage.
Would Not RecommendI am suprised that lowes is stocking something so worthless. Cuts like crap, runs out of water after one cut. Not worth it.
Tile wet saw
Would RecommendSaw cut through the marble tiles I bought with no problem being the cheaper one to buy my opinion for smaller projects only

Did the job
Would RecommendIt did what we wanted it to do and was cheaper than renting one. A little difficult to do notches, but otherwise fine.

Great but limited
Would RecommendGreat tool for the price but with limitations. I had trouble with my hexagonal tiles as it is made for 90 degrees angles only. Also any tile bigger than the board will be difficult to manage and the 45 degree incline cut for the corners is not great as the blade shield gets in the way. Still great value!

Chips porcelain tiles
Would Not RecommendPictures show results of several test cuts made to a 7x8 porcelain tile with this wet tile saw. All test cuts resulted in chipping. I bought this saw for a small bathroom project. I got the tiles from Lowe’s and confirmed with a staff member that this saw would work. I read the instructions thoroughly, set it up, and went to make my first cut. Chips, all along the entire cut. I attempted to cut different ways to see if maybe it was the way I was feeding the tile in and I even asked a frien...
You can't get a handyman for a small job.
Would RecommendI bought this to cut 9 4-inch tiles that are thick and have an irregular surface. I first bought the Hawk 2inch hand cutter and it didn't work. I ended up breaking the tile. Even though I practiced on a regular tile and it was fine. So my 21 year old senior mechanical engineering student assembled this saw. When we first tried it it made a horrible noise and wouldn't cut. I looked closer and realized he had managed to assemble it with the blade slightly off axis. We re-did the assembly and it wo...
Fantastic
Would RecommendI went in to purchase the $90 saw with the 7" blade. It was out of stock so I reluctantly purchased this one fearing the other model might not be restocked anytime soon these days. It lacks depth for thicker stone pieces, but you can finish the cut with an angle grinder and a steady hand. This saw has been a shockingly pleasant surprise.
is not strong enough
Would Not RecommendIt is not strong enough. Just touching the spinning blade with the glass mosaic tile the blade stops instantly. It's a wasted of money.
Great for small jobs
Would RecommendIf you’re working with smaller tile or small project, this is a great little saw. I just did a subway tile backsplash in my kitchen, and while the cuts were not “perfect” they certainly got the job done pretty easity.
Amazing product in a good little package
Would RecommendThis saw looked like a toy at first, but I was on a budget. I couldn't be happier with the results. I finished tiling my utility room and the blade it came with is still kicking with no issues. I was able to make a few precision cuts thanks to the cage and I didn't have water getting all over me since the piece was just slightly off the tile. It's a chore to clean, but it is great for general use. I wouldn't recommend this to contractors, but I just set it up on the floor, kneel on pads and get ...
Surprise, it works well!
Would RecommendI was finally finishing my shower when I pulled out my wet tile saw. I prepped everything, plugged it in, and...no go! I wanted to get this done, so I was thinking about renting a tile saw to finish the job. Since I am certain that I will be tiling again in the future, I decided to buy this saw (which cost a little bit more than the rental and it came with the blade). I must say that it was easy to set up, well-designed, and cut the desert stone tile with precision. I even used it inside (I don...
Perfect
Would RecommendWe tiled our backsplash and kitchen wall. This is a great compact easy to use wet saw. Great price great value.
First time cutting tile
Would RecommendThis is great for small project! Never have done this before and it worked like a charm. Only made 16 cuts and cleaned it twice during project. Read directions, plus I watch a video on how to put it together. Hint, I glued the base feet in as video I watched said he lost one after first cleaning. Easy to put together, but take time as it is plastic.
Excellent Performance for $50
Would RecommendWorks like a charm. Setup is fairly quick. Be sure to follow the directions to a T. You really need to use a socket with the fork tool they provide instead of the little wrench they give you to tighten that blade mount bolt. Get it REALLY tight so you can cut a lot without having to stop and re-tighten
Better than I expected for the price
Would RecommendJust put in a tile backsplash for the first time and this saw was cheaper to buy than it was to rent a saw for a few hours. It did exactly what I needed it for - it did good full length cuts and interior cuts. The fence took a bit of getting used to but it was actually quite accurate and I could just measure the space and set the fence. At the end of a cut I did experience a small amount of cracking sometimes as I finished pushing the tile through. However it wasn’t enough that it ruined the pie...
Fantastic!
Would RecommendWorked great with the ceramic tile we bought for our laundry room. Very easy to assemble and easy to store away when not in use. We will be using again for our next few projects.
