The girl in the flooring section told me I needed a wet saw to cut the stick on tile. First reading the directions were soooo complicated,had to go to U-Tube to figure out how to put together. Then it would not cut the tile just ragged cuts not straight.

You get what you pay for

First off, upgrade the blade before you leave the store. That makes a huge difference. Ive used this saw for two projects, a half bathroom and a fireplace surround. The saw can handle thinner ceramic, but really struggles with porcelain. If you are doing anything more than just a single bathroom floor, I would recommend purchasing a more robust saw.

First use of my Tile Saw

Easy set up and very simple directions for use. Only used it for a small tile cutting job and the saw performed very well.

meh ... not good

I feel like I got punked. this saw has very limited utility and is only a decent saw if you don't know what a good saw is. sprays water all over their place that cuts are lousy, the table doesn't let tile slide easily. tool clean up is annoying. I regret that I waited too long to return this off.

good inexpensive tool to cut hard porcelin tiles.

I used for a small bathroom remodel. It makes straight cuts and slightly curve edges. Depending on your blade, you might be able to buy an expensive blade and make smooth edges. It tends to chip the ends of my tile.

Needs a better blade.

Broke on first use

The fence on this saw is plastic and broke on first use. I don't have a lot of tile to cut, so I was looking for an expensive option. However, this is just cheaply made. I expected it to last a little longer than 1 use.

Worked for me on a small bathroom tile job

For a small job with 12" x 24" tile it worked OK. I would have liked it to have been about 6" wider but we made it work. I did not install the blade guard because I wanted to see exactly where the blade was cutting the tile. That caused water to spray back on my as I was sawing but I didn't care, monitoring the cut was more important to me. If I were doing tile professionally I would want an upgraded model but for small jobs,,,it will work.

Easy to use, and makes decent cuts for the price. Really surprised with the quality of the cuts.

great for home projects

Works well for around the house stuff glad it came with a blade, ready to use out of box. cut about 40 12 x 12 ceramic tile, no problems. blade is done, but just replace, no biggie. like this inexpensive saw.
