Would Not RecommendThe magnet wasn't strong enough to hold even the lightest curtain. If the magnet was horizontal instead of vertical it may have held better. I bought these for my daughters dorm room. I had to just use command hooks with the curtain rod portion.

Not as moveable as you think
Would Not RecommendConceptually, I really like these. But I was disappointed after I hung them and tried to adjust the position. The magnets had somekind of black tape on them (protective?) and they were adhered so strongly that I had to twist them from side-to-side. When I did so, the black backing separated from the magnet and smeared into the paint in the door. I appreciate that they dont move on their own, but a different backing would improve this product.

Would RecommendProject Source magnetic curtain rod is really easy to set up. I have a heavy storm door that I wanted to hang a curtain and this did the job. I also like the color of it and that you can extend it to 28 inches if you want more coverage.
