Great addition without the hard work

This is perfect for my metal doors. No need to drill a hole or glue anything. Just unwrap and place on door, voila!

Does NOT work

Tried to use this rod along with another magnetic rod I had on my kitchen door. The other rod I purchased at a low end store and it works perfectly. I bought the Project Source 16-in to 28-in White Steel Magnetic Curtain Rod from Lowes. The ends kept popping off and the magnets did not work at all. Returned to store for a refund.

Love magnetic rods for metal doors

Love the idea of magnetic rods, and they do work most of the time. Unfortunately the depth of the Rod was not deep enough to go over the window insert in my Lowes door.. ( bought 3/2007, and new insert had to be put in about 2 years later)

Love these rods. Have multiple steel exterior doors and wanted to put valances up but didn't want to put holes in doors, these work beautifully.

Magnetic Curtain Rod

Was so happy to be able to find a solution to our metal door problem. Wanted to put up a curtain on the door which faces east to shut out the sun in the mornings. Thought we'd have to drill into the metal door BUT this rod solved our problem. Love it!

Sometimes you get what you pay for. Not expensive and not the highest quality. Still, an adequate fix for what I needed.

seems like a good product

I bought this for my front door and it seems like a good product. However, I realized my door is solid wood, so this product wouldn't work and I returned it.

Bought it to hold the kitchen hand towel on the front of the dishwasher. Works great!!

matches perfectly

My wife decided she wanted to add an additional curtain. Purchased with the intention to have the rods match. They do perfectly. Also the magnets are very strong and there is no slipping with the curtains no matter how hard the door is moved.

Great solution for metal doors

This magnetic curtain rod is the perfect solution for metal doors. The magnets are very strong, strong enough to work on metal French doors. I looked everywhere for this rod and was pleased to find it at Lowe’s.

Hold tight on the door!

I didn't want to drill holes in a metal door, but wanted a bit of privacy. These rods worked perfectly! The magnets hold tight and don't slip. I wish the curtain rods were a little heavier gauge steel, but for sheers, they work just fine.

Convenient, strong magnets

Impressed with the strength of the magnets. My door is steel and I didn't want to put holes in it so this was perfect. Holds the curtain without slipping at all.
