Inexpensive but bright

The 18 watt LED is brighter than the 75 watt fixture it replaces. Easy to replace the existing fixture. But, the metal part of the fixture came scuffed up by the glass dome moving around during shipping from China. Not the end of the world as the scuffs are not really visible unless you are looking for them. Easy to fix if they cushioned the glass dome.

Never needs light bulbs

When I spoke to the salesman he showed me this light fixture. He said a lot of landlords like this one because it never needs light bulbs. The LED lights are in the fixture. Amazing! Was easy to put in and looks great. With the high ceilings in my house this will help not having to change any bulbs.

13-in W Bronze LED Ceiling Flush Mount

GREAT! This is the 2nd one I purchased. Great price, plenty of light, easy install. I couldn't have asked for more.

Easy installation and lights up the kitchen perfectly. So nice, my contractor went back to get one for his home!

Good Overhead Light

We removed a ceiling fan and replaced it with this overhead light. I would have rated it all "excellent" above except for the difficulty installing it. The two screws that are used to attach the base should be longer. I had considerable difficulty in attaching the base until I purchased two longer screws at the hardware store. Now that the light is installed, it works perfectly and easily. It provides good light in the room in which it is mounted. I am pleased with the light.

Cool idea, needs work

We were excited to buy a light that we'd never have to change the light bulb, great idea, a bit pricey but we'd spend that much in light bulbs over the years. Here's the thing, I'm glad we bought two lights for the 11'x11' windowless sound room we built because the lights just aren't that bright. Don't expect 100 watts of light or even 60. It may be the frosted globe. Also there is a slight hum. Not a big deal, unless you installed them in a room that supposed to be soundproof! Bummer. We're goi...

More lighing power, less electric use

I was able to install this fixture very easily, the real surprise came when I restored power and turned the fixture on. The hallway that it was installed in was greatly illuminated for an 17-20 watt appliance. It far and away outdid the 60 watt light fixture that was previously installed.

Excellent LED solution for a smaller/ Laundry room

Had it installed and running within minutes. The amount of LED's and light produced is fairly impressive.

I love love love it. Can't believe I don't have to replace light bulbs and it is actually very bright. Better than the new bulbs out out now. I just hope it last the # of years they say it will:)

See the Light!

My kitchen had a light (if you can call it that!) and when I cooked I needed to turn on other lights as well, just to see. Waste of energy, huh? Well we found this at Lowe's, the sales person told us the LEDs were good, under normal use, for up to 15 years. Saw those little orange tabs and didn't think it be good. Fooled me. I had it installed and turned it on...holy cow! The brightness was amazing. I can use my kitchen now without using multiple lights. Awesome product!

Good value, great product

Excellent light output. Pleasant design. Good price, especially since we purchased it as a special. Problem was to get the decorative end nut at the bottom of the fixture removed. I would never have guessed that I would need a small pipe wrench to get this fixture ready for installation. The wrench did the trick, plus some brown spray paint to cover the scratch marks.

LED ceiling lights

Though I would have been happier if I could have retro fit the led lights to my old fixture, the fixture looks nice once it was up. The plastic base just made it feel cheap.

Nice and Bright

We like the light however the mounting was not directly compatible with our older house style of gang-box so, it took some ingenuity and a few screws frome my home collection to get things right. Total lumens was not on the box. Some minor scratches were on the bezel.

Replacement light

I needed to replace a hallway overhead light and wanted to match the ones in all of our other rooms and it matches perfectly. Very satisfied!

Nice led bright light

I really love the led light and the beautiful it is. I installed it in he hallway, and only hoping to buy another one for the entrance of the house, but I need this one bigger, I meant 15, 16, or up to 20 inches diameter. question: Are you going to make one bigger one, same led light, no bulbs. hope you make it, thanks,

Money back in energy savings in a year

For the money, you cannot beat this light fixture. We had the old two bulb incandescent fixture and usually ran two 60w bulbs. Given, this light is not quite as bright but that was part of the appeal. It gives off a lovely soft light with cover on, which was perfect for our newly remodeled bathroom. Mounting was a no brainer. I literally had it mounted and working in about 5 minutes. At 30 dollars in our store, you just can't beat it.
