Serious Liability
Would Not RecommendThe mounting brackets will not support the weight of the blind. It is a terrible design and there should be screws securing the blind to the brackets but there is not. Others have reported the same concerns. This will hurt people. Not sure how this hasn’t been recalled. Mine fell within minutes of install.

Would RecommendI was pleasd with the expedient purchse and timely delivery of the item, but the product was damaged when my installation person opened and took it out of the box. Needless to say I was disappointed that I had to drive over 55 miles to the nearest store to return it. However the in-store return process was wonderful.

Would Not RecommendThe bilnds were fine. But Lowes in Frederick refused to cut them. The manager was rude. 800 customer service from India lied to me. Will not buy blinds ever from Lowes again.
