Would Not RecommendNothing special. the ball clamp used to angle the light does not bear much weight without drooping. Basically any LED with a heat sink (for me, a grow light) is difficult to point and hold.
A Good Purchase for Crawl Space Work
Would RecommendWorks well clamped to joists for crawl space work to look first for reflective eyes in the dark corners. Casts a fairly wide light swath. As on/off switch, too. I was so pleased with this product that I bought another one for the crawl space at a different property.
Rather than a flood light, its more concentrated. Good for a lot of light in small work area.
Under house repairs
Needed additional temporary lighting while working under my home performing upgrades. Quick easy and economical, will allow flexibility in future projects when needed.

Would RecommendI bought this clamp light to put a plant grow bulb into. The bulbs fit good. The lamp turns on and off as it should. The only thing I don’t like is that the clamp isn’t very strong. So, if you have a semi-heavy bulb to put in it, like my GE par38 grow bulb, the lamp won’t stay where you clip it. But if you want to put any regular bulb in it, it works fine.
I needed a small work lamp for a grow light for my plants. It clips on and stays where it's pointed. Very happy with it.
just what i needed
Would RecommendI purchased this light to provide additional lighting in my attic. I also purchased an outlet plug to go in the light that was already there, as well as an extension cord. When I need to get something out of the attic, I just plug the extension cord in and - voila -light. I am pleased.

Would RecommendIt does what it’s supposed to do.I bought this to add light in my attic and I was able to clip it to a beam and direct it where I needed it to shine and didn’t have to go into big long wiring escapades to make it happen. Just an extension cord and a bulb and we were good to go.
