Would RecommendLite weight, cuts easily with a box cutter. May be glued or nailed. A drill driven screw broke the skin, therefore i cannot recommend using that type of fastner.

Foam Board Insulation
Would RecommendI used it on the underside of the metal roof of my barn. There is definitely a big difference in the inside temperature versus the outside temperature. There is about a twenty degrees difference in the inside temperature. Summertime in Texas average afternoon temperature is about 103 degrees outside. The inside temperature in the barn is 83 degrees. With a fan blowing it is comfortable working inside the barn.
