Very happy with this purchase. The ceramic base feels quality and the dispenser is attractive. It's a very basic system but we are generally very happy with it. My only complaint is probably how slow the nozzle dispenses, I think it's just a little too small.

Works and looks just as expected. We use it with a 5 gallon glass jar and it's perfect. We couldn't find the number to submit for a warranty but luckily I don't see why we would need a warranty for this anyway,

Pretty basic utensil. Does what it's supposed to, does it well. We like the included stand making it more versatile to place and this newer version has a much better spout directing the dispenser flow angled forward about 45 degrees, instead of straight down, making it easier to fill your glass or pitcher. And it was delivered to the store for us (some stores don't) as FedEx rarely finds our home - Map apps place us a mile north of our correct site.

Primo Water Cooler
Would RecommendWorks great, and fits 5 gallon bottles from companies other than Primo. It does exactly what it's supposed to but at like a third of the cost of most water dispensers. The only thing to note, however, is that the stand and base combined is probably about two feet off the ground. So make sure you have a sturdy table or counter top to set it on, or that bending over frequently isn't a challenge.

Would RecommendIt's a very nice unit. The hardest part of using this unit is getting the people who are replacing the bottle to take the blue cap off. Everyone is used to leaving the cap on and having the cooler pierce it to allow the water to flow. So if you buy one of these, take the cap off....

Would RecommendI was looking to getting away from the plastic bottles and didn’t want to go back to the electric dispenser again for a few reasons. This fit perfectly. The wooden stand is sturdy and the ceramic container seems to be of good quality and looks nice as well.
