Delivery dropped 20 bags on grass!

I ordered 20 bags for delivery—my second time doing so. The first delivery was perfect: bags neatly stacked by my front door on my sidewalk. This time? It's a mess. All 20 bags were dumped on top of my grass by the sidewalk near the curb to the cul-de-sac! I’m a 50-year-old woman, 5'4", 133 lbs, and had to haul everything to the backyard using my SUV because dragging them across the lawn with a dolly was impossible. This product was not a true mulch it had many large pieces of sticks. Bought 10 bags, I should return it. Paid over 5.00 per bag

Looks good though I had one bag that was a different color. No evidence of harm to the plants.

I have been buying this mulch for years. But not any longer. It has always been superior to the other mulches. Not this year. When I opened the bag I poured it out on my flower bed. I had to fight to get it out of the bag. Granted, I'm 73, but the big chunks of wood prevented it to pour out easily. I had to remove a lot of dark and large pieces of branches when I was spreading it out. I took a picture of some of the pieces I took out. To me, It's not worth the extra money. Told item discontinued

Had a hard time getting the curbside pick up. Stopped employee getting carts. He got my order together and when it came to this particular mulch I was told it was discontinued so they gave me 5 bags of Preen Mulch that were 1/2 to less than 1/2 full bags of BROWN not BLACK Mulch. I took photos of all 5 bags together and each one separate. Some of the mulch had a white mold on it. Very upset that I paid full price for these bags!! I feel I should get partial credit!

Spring weed control greatly improved.

I just happened upon it and tried this last year. Weeds were 99% free in all of my beds. I will continue to use it annually to control the spring growth of weeds.

We like the red Preen a lot and it would get a five plus but for one thing - five bags that I picked up at Lowe's in Newport News in March were filled with brown mulch, not red. I had some red mulch left over from last fall and now have a bed that is two tone. All bags were labled Russet Red but five were BROWN!
