Someone sat on the order for far too long

I don't know whether it was Lowe's' fault or Prairie View's, but the order of this ramp was not shipped until after it should have arrived. I had to reschedule multiple arrangements to accommodate, and it almost led to injury without the ramp installed. Furthermore, multiple phone calls required that I navigate Lowe's' automated phone system, which is frustrating to no end and often led me in circles with no one to talk to. But without those phone calls, I doubt it would have ever arrived.

No instructions

There was a supreme lack of instructions for such an expensive product $2,100.00+), that was delivered on its own pallet. All that was provided was a QR code for mediocre instructions. Also, the product was not delivered on time - it was two days later than I was repeatedly told by Lowe's through my app.

Awesome ramp but no assembly instructions!

The ramp is so sturdy with excellent quality. The downside is that there were no instructions to assemble the ramp.

AS WE WERE PUTTING RAMP TOGETHER WE NOTICED PARTS ARE MISSING PREVENTING US TO COMPLETING THIS TIMELY NEEDED PROJECT. WHEN YOU PAY THIS KIND OF MONEY THERE SHOULD NOT BE MISSING PARTS. NOW BACK TO LOWES TO SEE WHAT THEY CAN DO.....

Information that should be on the product description: The assembled ramp is 46 inches wide on the outside. My spouse broke all 3 bones in their ankle, and will be using a wheelchair for quite a while. Ideally, for our 24 inches of rise, we would have a 24 - 30 ft ramp, with landings. Excellent Product. Order Processing Not So

Product - incredible. Most pleased. Order placed 7/22 with delivery confirmed for 8/5. On 8/5 email said delivery moved to 8/10? Discovered coming from another store on 8/5. 14 days to determine needed to come from another store when listed in stock at order date?

handicap ramps

This ramp section was originally meant for ground up. I didn't realize it when I ordered it. Became a challenge to use it for an extension of the other section of ramp I had already installed. However I was able to make it work. For the most part I was able to basically assemble it myself. Had to ask for assistance at a couple of periods. I am satisfied with the end result.

Up hill battle

When it was finally assembled, it met my needs. However, after unpacking, the many components that make up this ramp, THERE WERE NO DIRECTIONS. Fortunately, a weekday had been chosen for the installation and I was able to reach the manufacturer/ distributor, they offered to snail mail the directions or email them. I chose email. I printed out the 26 pages of directions. I got the impression that not including directions was common. The installation had glitches , the holes didn't always line up ...
