Prairie View Industries Modular XP Ramp 12-ft x 36-in Aluminum Modular Entryway Wheelchair Ramp ADA Compliant

Affordable, quality, a well made ADA approved ramp

I purchased this ramp in late August and received it on September 3 as per MY request. The driver unloaded the pallet where I wanted it. The video from PVI about assemble was very good though the written instructions were lacking in detailed information. The ramp is a little hard to get perfectly straight on the incline but that was likely due more to my rising sidewalk than the ramp itself. It is extremely strong and appears to be able to withstand any element of the Utah 4 seasons whi...

Nice and sturdy when completed

Nice and sturdy when completed. The instructions were not in the box though, had to call the manufacturer and they emailed us.

Ramp is just as described

Took a while for the ramp to come in but well worth the wait. You follow the directions and you can’t lose. It is exactly what I needed for the house. Best to have a friend to help you out but not impossible to do by yourself.

ease of putting together and a quality materials

Easy assembly, very sturdy came within a reasonble amount of time, quaity wrapping of the product, the matefials are vey solid ,and thick material, not flimsy like some models.

Someone sat on the order for far too long

I don't know whether it was Lowe's' fault or Prairie View's, but the order of this ramp was not shipped until after it should have arrived. I had to reschedule multiple arrangements to accommodate, and it almost led to injury without the ramp installed. Furthermore, multiple phone calls required that I navigate Lowe's' automated phone system, which is frustrating to no end and often led me in circles with no one to talk to. But without those phone calls, I doubt it would have ever arrived.

Good quality

Good product always safe Ada approved looks nice and safe

Sturdy handicap ramp

Ease of delivery, packed nice and clear instructions

No instructions

There was a supreme lack of instructions for such an expensive product $2,100.00+), that was delivered on its own pallet. All that was provided was a QR code for mediocre instructions. Also, the product was not delivered on time - it was two days later than I was repeatedly told by Lowe's through my app.

Awesome ramp but no assembly instructions!

The ramp is so sturdy with excellent quality. The downside is that there were no instructions to assemble the ramp.

Takes 2 people to put it together

Excellent product very sturdy string enough for power chair
