Would Not RecommendThe outside furniture was sent late in two shipment and to top it off the store or shipping place didn’t include the screws to put it together. Called the 800 number was on hold for 45 minutes then then I was informed they were closed. I called 1800 445- 6937 on hold for 45 minutes then hang up on me, The chat service is a joke! VERY BAD SERVICE!!!!!!

This was the worst product I have ever purchased. The quality and the instructions (lack of) are so disappointing. We have already put about 75% of this together or else I would try to return it. PLEASE do not waste you money on this junk. I am sick to my stomach about the money I spent on this garbage.

Would RecommendThe Assembly and Instructions were difficult but looks great. It took me 2 days to assemble. Had to partially screw in and leave loose as you assemble. If you tighten screws as you go along..hafta keep taking apart to fit. Some screw holes not aligned with openings. Instructions were sometimes pics with no writing. No Instructions for side table. Surprisingly, the fire pit was the easiest to assemble.

Two people job, chair bolt holes don’t line up.

Would RecommendOverall a nice set with a few concerns. Size of each piece is great, we like the color and the fire table is a nice addition. Back cushions are a bit thin, no instructions how to put together the chairs, and they provide a tiny Allen wrench to put the whole set together. Fire table is nice, but they did not put paper between ceramic tiles, so two are scratched. Maybe this was just my experience.
