Great product, but not for the faint of heart

I loved everything but the full day assembly.

Came in large boxes, so be ready!

Missing arm rest

Missing arm rest for the sofa. When we called Lowe’s customer service they told us to call the manufacturer that the only thing they could do is have us return it and order a new one, but it had to be unassembled ( it took 6 plus hours to put together) when you call the manufacturer it will say leave a voicemail but voicemails full, tried to chat online but no response, sent an email but no response. We ordered it from Lowe’s, paid Lowe’s, and Lowe’s delivered it but Lowe’s won’t get a hold of m...

Comes in 4 boxes

The most frustrating thing was that it came 1 box a day over about 4 days. Lowes of Leland NC has awesome customer service employees that kept us informed as we went to pick up each box.

Lowes does not follow up.

Received at front door, packaging was all bad looking. Once opened everything was there and not broken. It would have been nice if Lowes would have called to see if they could schedule someone to come out an assemble at a small cost.

It pays to do business with knowledgeable people

Nice patio set

Not too difficult to assemble and it’s comfy. Took some adjusting to get fire pit to work correctly but figured out don’t cover the pilot light with the rock.

I am satisfied with my purchase.

The set is beautiful and we are enjoying it in our patio room. One small 5 inch section of rattan at the bottom of a chair was unraveled.
