Like the whole mix and match thing

Pick this then pick your shade, then pick your bulb. Installed easily, lots of extra cord.

Look nice but not stable

It looks very nice after we put it up, but like others has mentioned the whole thing hold up by on 2 screws in the middle not even 1 screw at the other 2 ends. My pendants were glass so I'm hoping that it doesn't crash down on our bar island. Took a long time to put it in since it was so hard to locate the 2 screws. Bad designed.

Excellent product and the design of the adjustability of the chord lengths really surprised me in its design....high quality in my opinion....

Nice product bad layout

We purchased this light to match another light that we were putting in our dining room. The item was a nice light however when you make the lights shorter there is no easy way to wrap up the excess wiring. The other issue is that there are 2 screws to connect it to the wiring box however since the bar is so long when you put the lamp shades on it, it causes the ends to pull down from the ceiling. I ended up having to put to screws and screw it directly into the ceiling. They need to design a bet...

Poorly Engineered

Mounting strap must be installed parallel to the light fixture position, but this is dependent on the outlet box having the same configuration available. Ours did not, so I had to jerry-rig it into place. Also found the fixture was a bit flimsy and difficult to put in the Socket Rings. Other fixtures, such as the "3-light flushmount ceiling fixture" Model #LWS1011A1 (not a pendent light), are well engineered and sturdy.

Design Flaw

I have 2 of these units hanging above the kitchen bar. They do look good. The one issue I had was with the mounting hardware. The brackets 2 bolts that secure the unit to the ceiling were a joke. First, they were to long for the marble nuts that are used to secure the main unit to the ceiling. Second, those marble nuts striped real easy when you hand tighten them. I improvised by adding 2 regular nuts with locking washers, and then added the marble nuts for cosmetic appeal. Third, the manufactur...

Base plate too big for our application

We are retrofitting a new kitchen. The space we had selected was too narrow to accept the standard 5" wide base plate. We had to return item. Item was nicely made and would have enjoyed having it if it had fit our application.

Attractive pendant light

Looks great and the amount of light it delivers is great.

Great Idea - Poor Design

We were excited about this purchase. The installation was fairly easy until we tried to get the unit flush with the ceiling. We ended up needing to add another nut (not included) to the anchor screws to get the unit to fit flush with the ceiling. The main problem with this unit is that the anchor screws are close to the center of the unit, allowing one to attach the unit to the electrical box. As you might imagine, the center of the unit will be flush to the ceiling while the ends are not flush....

Excellent alternative to a swag chandler - Modern

Very nice modern look, we put this up as an alternative to swagging a chandler so that we did not have to move the electrical box. Works very well over our kitchen table/dining table.

Looks good, Bad design

In free spaces this pendant is probably easy to install, but not so easy in limited area. Futures are very poor design. Adjusting lenght is not the best solution . I had to cut the wires by myself to my needs.Putting glass shades by using the nut to secure them was very dificult. The nut get stuck and was very hard to turn it back. At the end , pendant looks good but only because i know how to do it. I kept my but would not recomend to a friend.

Completely Stealthy & Modern

Love this fixture. Dont even know its there so no distraction from the pendant shades we chose to use. We had Lowe's subcontractor install and he did a great job. Took his time to get it as close to where it needed to be without us having to do any sheetrock work. (It was replacing an old low voltage fixture up on the vaulted kitchen ceiling) We are thinking of adding a dimmer switch which isn't part of the package anyway, but other than that it is perfect.

It is nice that the cords are long but is hard to put them inside the fixture when installing.

Very pleased with this product

We had purchased a similar pendant fixture from another home improvement store. That one ended up in our trash because as we were installing it, we realized what poor quality it was. This one from Lowes was slightly more expensive, but worth it for the increased quality. We needed to shorten the length of the wires and it was very simple to make this adjustment. We were also pleased with the variety of shades that Lowes offers to complete this fixture.

Pitiful design

Thought I would love this. Taking out of the box should have been my first clue it wouldn't hold its own weight. The center mount for the three dangling fixtures was quite flimsy to start. As soon as we started mounting the light to the ceiling we realized that the only way to mount it to the ceiling was via two screws very close to the center of the base. Clearly the designer did not think this through. There was nothing to mount the outside ends to keep them from pulling away from the ceiling....
