Would RecommendMetal and glass lamp, and metal post, but it is thin metal on the post. It's somewhat easy to bend. The stakes are mostly sturdy, but they are plastic. We have a decent amount of gravel in our soil, so putting these in the ground was a delicate job. We did end up bending one post a little bit. As well as bending every stake, but only the ends. On the box it states they should be spaced out 5-7 feet. I have mine spaced out 30 inches in order to provide some even coverage next to our walkway. The...
