Would Not RecommendPurchased and installed this low voltage transformer on my established system and with less than the possible recommended lights. The system failed, showing E1 error message that could not be cleared. Very disappointing performance of this transformer.
Photo sensor cable not available for replacement
Would Not RecommendI needed the cable photo sensor model due to the shaded area of the main unit. Squirrels chewed through the cable in about 5 places. Warning: A replacement sensor is not available! The original sensor has an odd plug, so alternatives can't be used and is so cheaply made, it can't be repaired. Similar units available at the big orange place have replacement sensors in stock for their units. FYI.

Very Poor Transformer Service - Do NOT Buy
Would Not RecommendI purchased this transformer for my landscape lighting and it gave me exactly 1 year and 5 days of service. I contacted Harbor Breeze and Lowes Customer Care and frankly they did not "Care" about the very short service of the unit I received. True it was out of warranty for a little for a year but they did not offer any relief for my trouble . I will not purchase another transformer from Lowes. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS TRANSFORMER.

Works just fine. The extension eye for daylight is a nice feature. Would buy again.

Very good low voltage transformer
Would RecommendThis transformer is very easy to mount and works perfectly. It’s about half the size of the transformer it replaced and is ridiculously simple to use. I see no voltage drops over the length of the wire. All in all, a terrific product.
