This is a solar light that looks like a rock in a garden or landscaped area. I think it is a very cool product that hides in plain sight. Great to provide a small amount of accent lighting . I placed it near an entrance door to try out. Portfolio LED Solar Rock Shaped Accent Light

This Portfolio Solar Powered Led, 30 Lumen grey colored, rock shaped accent light, works as stated. It only takes a few hours of sunlight during the day to power this light, and makes a perfect accent light for areas around the outside of your home or out building where you want to highlight certain areas.

Nice for small area.

I got this to illuminate the flag in my back yard area. The flag is mounted on a post. This light really is too far away on the ground to be effective. It is good for illuminating an area of a flower bed, or just on the deck to provide general lighting. It opens on the bottom so you can choose to have it come on for a shorter or longer time when the sun goes down. I chose the longer time, and it has stayed on for the 10 hours. Good for small illumination jobs

While it does a bit better job of blending in, there's no real substitute to hard wired lighting when it comes to trying to spotlight bigger trees etc. This is very effective for the smaller jobs, just take care that any foliage doesn't cover the solar collector. Ideally, this is good for smaller trees, garden planters, or exposed walls. It does appear to be sturdy, and works well, I just wonder a bit how long-lived it will be outside. I suppose we will find out.

Good design and weight outdoor light

The 30-lumens rock light is a very nice addition to my pool deck area. The light comes with 2 settings, one for 6 hours and one for 10 hours. I have only used it on a 6 hours setting and it is my best guess it holds that long. I have no idea if in a full day of sun charge it will hold for 10 hours. Small Solar Powered Flood Light

This light is solidly made and seems sturdy enough to stand up to the elements being outside in all kinds of weather. It easily blends in with landscaping and I really like that it is solar powered. I also like how the bottom screws off like a jar lid so it is easy to change the settings to turn it off or set the time to either 6 or 10 hour mode and/or change the back-up battery. Sturdy, Eco-Friendly, but Dimly Lit

This flood light provided an Eco-Friendly to emit light into our side yard garden at night. The solar function delivered as promised, and can be set for 6 or 10 hour illumination at night. The structure and appearance of the device was easy to camouflage in our existing landscape setting. However, the amount of illumination actually generated is very low, and would only highlight a small bush, tree, mailbox, etc. Not suitable for truly “flooding” an area with light. Super spot light

This spotlight looks like a rock so it blend into my landscape without sticking out. On a sunny day it has enough charge to light up our flags all night long. I like that it is lightweight and mobile. It is durable and worked well in the snow.

Works well even in snow

This products seems to work very well even during the snow and ice. There is a switch that allows you to choose the duration of the light but I think It might not keep time as much as it says. I have it on the 6 hour on mode but seems to go off before 6 hours.

Low lighting

I like the decorative look of this boulder light on my patio but it just doesn’t give off much light! I thought by it being a flood light that it would be brighter but unfortunately it doesn’t! However it is winter here and lots of snow everywhere so It’s not in a proper setting to determine the true value of this product! Maybe it’ll shine brighter in the spring!

Great Look and bright

I live how it looks like a stone sitting in the yard. It shines right up my palm tree. Would love to get a few more to really make the yard so much brighter.

Durable and well-designed

First off, it is mid-winter and there is a foot of snow covering my yard, so testing this flood light in its intended location in my garden is still a few weeks away. Perfect essence beam of light

I was truly surprise to get this amount of light out of a solar light! I have a 30 foot tree and did not expect to this much light for something that does not require a long length of cable of wires running through my yard! The Portfolio-30 lumen grey solar flood light is a nice little light. It seems sturdy and fairly well crafted. It has an adjustable angle on the light, but it isn't right on mine, so it always ends to it's original position. Not All That

In theory, this product is good. It does exactly what the package says it will. In reality, it is not a practical product. The "Rock" design is in name only. It looks more like a lump of old clay with a flat top surface that is taken up completely with the solar panel. Practically speaking, 30 lumens is not nearly enough light to qualify as a flood light. In reality it is more akin to the light of an old flashlight with extremely weak batteries. It is closer to a very weak spotlight than ...

Good Product

It could have received 5 stars but for some reason doesn't always turn on at dusk. I have tried everything from making the porch light is off, to checking the settings more than once. It lights up well. It charged quicker than I thought it would. It doesn't seem to charge well on bright cloudy days but I have become spoiled by other solar charges I use. I will look for these when my landscaping project comes to an end.

Bright so far

So far so good, but this unit requires direct sunlight, and the documentation says the battery will still need replacing every 1-2 years as the daily charging and discharging wears it out.
