This was a difficult item for me to review. It requires support poles and a place to mount the solar panel securely in the air. After ordering support poles (which Lowes carries) I chose a location so I could secure the solar panel to my rain gutter. not worth the cost

purchased these Apr of 2021. as of Aug 2022 they no longer work. turn them off and then let them charge for a week, then tried turning them back on and nothing works. Even tried the no then mode button and no luck. would not buy again.

Easy to setup and beautiful

These lights are well made, easy to set up, and work great. They add a beautiful welcoming atmosphere to our yard. Contrary to some reviews I read, the bulbs are easy to screw into their waterproof sockets. When charging via USB (a REALLY nice feature) the solar panels have a red light that turns green when fully charged. Missing 1 lightbulb

Arrived in a tangled mess. After unraveling it, I realized that 1 lightbulb is missing. It wasn’t screwed in and wasn’t in the packaging that it came with. Luckily the strand still works when plugged in.

After hanging the lights, with a proper sunlight charge (5 hours did it for me) It was clear a few lights did not turn on. SO WE TIGHTEN THEM IN THEIR SOCKET and that fixed it! They look great! Brighter than my last solar string lights!

Have to reset everyday...

These need to be reset every night to stop them from automatically flashing/blinking. Will be returning.

I enjoy these lights for my patio. My only frustration however is that every evening when they turn on they’re automatically in the blinking heartbeat mode even when setting them to be providing continuous light therefore every evening I have to change them to the mode I want.

Not working - Problem with Mode button

I’m very frustrated with this product. I installed the lights and was excited to turn them on after the solar panel had a full day of sun to charge. The mode button on my panel doesn’t work and the lights only turn on when the mode button is held down. Any advice on this? I really don’t want to have to uninstall the panel and take down the lights especially if it can be fixed...please help!

Totally Defective!

Ended up buying around 20 in order to find ones that actually work. Perfect concept and exactly what I needed / looking for unfortunately, most do not work at all. So be aware if you plan on buying these buy at least double the amount you need, then return the defective ones!!

Mode and Chargers are Defective

Great idea, solar powered, 15 bulbs, 18 feet of cord, all should be wonderful. No, that is not the case. Purchased 6 of these units trying to find the ones that will work properly. Some were dimly lit (yes, I charged the solar panel first and for more than the necessary time) so I traded out trying to get the same lumens for two units. But my biggest problem now is that the panel goes from a steady light mode to a 3 flashing light when the light sensor comes on. I can turn it off and on at ...

Worked great…for about 6 months.

After reading reviews that noted tightening the bulbs would address finicky performance and getting past that, I thought these were great. After about 6 months, even after full days of sun exposure and my trying to charge for a day with the micro USB, they stopped working.

Warm, Strong light

These are cute lights. The set up could not be simpler. They charge well on a sunny day and last a long time at dark. They give enough light that my children have been able to play on the trampoline after winter’s early sundown, even though the lights are on a deck ten feet away!
