Love the nonstick
I just love the nonstick griddle other than the obvious oversight such as the paper towel holder interfering with the utensil hooks and the side shelves being tiny. I am hoping to find or make some baffles for the wind. I am a big fan of the thickness of the griddle itself. 4.5 mm I believe. The food I am cooking does not suck all the heat out of the griddle. The ceramic griddle sears wonderfully. I forgot to mention there is no container to catch the bottle caps under the bottle opener.

Would RecommendI’ve had my griddle for a year and used about twice a month and my top has absolutely no deterioration or excessive wear. The griddle has never seen any metal cooking utensils or abrasive cleaning products or tools. I use only Pit Boss utensils for the griddle and clean with Dawn soap, water and the Pit Boss scrub pad (recommended by Pit Boss). Another tip would be to not use oil (as you would with a steel grill). I use butter and only enough to flavor. My experience is better than most reviews...

Shipped to our address no issues. Assembled in about two hours taking my time to make sure all was assembled and secure. Pros: instructions worked well. Heats well and the griddle has enough space (3-burner) for our needs. Cons: Casters/wheels wiggle and are noisy when moving. Paint is thin and easily scratched. ceramic coating coming off
I bought the 4 burner ceramic griddle in May 2024. I have used it maybe 12 times and the coating has degraded, and rust has appeared. Where the coating has degraded food items now stick with ease. I am hoping PitBoss will make this right.

A Great Cooking Experience!!
It was difficult to only give this griddle 4 stars but it had arrived with damage to three of the stubbly legs. Having experience working with metal, I was able to straighten everything out. I have cooked a few different meals and this setup is fantastic!! I wound up having the temp too high and baked on some oil that made a few things stick. I took the griddle part out , sat it on a trash can and cleaned it with baking soda and vinegar and it came out looking brand new. I am going to have so mu...

Would Not RecommendI opened the box to find many dented and bent parts. I took it back to Lowe's and they quickly refunded my money. Lowe's is great, Pit Boss not so much.

Top is not flat
Would Not RecommendWhen I cook on it all oil and liquid runs to the far ends. Put a level in it and it has a rather large hump in the middle. It cooks good and would like it except having to fight to keep oil in the middle of the griddle.

Would Not RecommendWe are so frustrated!! Everything tastes like plastic and isn’t edible. We have cleaned it, cooked on it a dozen times and are about the throw this thing in the trash. I love everything about it besides we can’t actually eat the food we cook on it.
