Okay, I told you I would come back for an update. I was determined to make this machine work. I knew it had potential and I wanted to see it! I figured it out and love every bit of this product. I have made tons of angel hair pasta and it was super simple and delicious. When I say super simple...I mean it. It took a bit to get used to with the weighing system, but I don't know if it just saw my determination, but it works! Keep trying and you will not be sorry! I would absolutely recommend this...

Makes good pasta

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pasta machine makes really great tasting pasta. It does take some time to get used to using the automatic scale though. You really need to pay attention when you’re adding the flour and ingredients. Once you get that down though, the rest of the process is easy. Make sure to clean it right after using so the dough doesn’t harden on it.
