Awesome Pasta Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it! Easy to do, clean and makes wonderful pasta. I've used most attachments each were great.i do 2 batches at a time, clean and repeat. When I do it, I make a lot at one time.

Very Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I could not get the pasta maker to actually mix the pasta. The trigger mechanism when connecting the mold to start mixing I struggled to to connect. Only worked one out of three times. Returned. I am an owner of a previous generation of the pasta maker and loved and used that for 20 years. This should have been better experience

Great product.

This product makes it so easy to have fresh pasta any time you want. It only takes 15 minutes to have enough pasta for five people.

Bulky machine not easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thia machine is large and bulky and the instructions look like thry were written by someone for whom English ia a third and unmastered language. We had to go to Youtube to figure out how to use it. Pasta came out just OK and not easy to clean.

This machine is amazing!

I have had great success making egg pasta (but not other pasta). This machine weighs the flour and tells you exactly how much liquid to add. It is very easy to clean if you let it sit until the flour/egg/water mixture dries.

The product works well with some tweaking

The weight measurement is in cups, not oz or grams. By weighing the ingredients on a kitchen scale we were able to make great tasting pasta

J'ai essayé la machine et elle va très bien et facile à comprendre ,elle est robuste et a beaucoup de formes pour les pâtes, le spaghetti est un peu gros jaimerais que vous ayez l’embout pour le spaghettini ’ Elle est facile à démonter pour le lavage,

J'ai magasiné longtemps avant d'arrêter mon choix sur cette machine à pâtes et je suis entièrement satisfaite , elle est robuste et facile à nettoyer, je l'adore !

Couldn't be easier to use to produce great pasta !

Took the maker out of the box, followed the instructions and measurements to the tee,,,,, and out came home made fresh pasta,,,,, will no problems at all,,,,, The unit was easy to disassemble and cleaned up very, very easily..... Would recommend to anyone looking for a pasta maker that's easy to use and doesn't take up much space. Unit is heavy and feels well constructed. Nice storage compartment that convienently stores the additional dies.

Best appliance I have ever bought

My 16 year old grandson can't wait to make pasta when he comes over with this machine. We have made spaghetti, penne, and lasagna so far. The self weighing feature is amazing, so much fun to use. Our pasta was ready so fast, our water wasn't even boiling yet. Highly recommend this pasta maker

Doesn't do well with fresh milled whole grain.

L'appareil est très facile à utiliser. Hormis de respecter la sécurité, la seule responsabilité de l'utilisateur est d'êt5re précis dans la quantité de liquide à incorporer et de choisir son type de pâte...Bravo !

Works extremely well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It truly does make a batch of great, fresh pasta in the time it takes to boil the water. I use it at least a couple of times a week.

So easy to make pasta!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would have given it 5 stars; however, when trying to make a couple of gluten-free pastas off the recipe included with the product, the machine failed to churn out the pasta. I would have to stop and clean the pasta disc and the flour/liquid compartment. At that point, I gave up and just boiled pre-made noodles. Making regular pasta has been successful and delicious, though.

Great Machine Functionally - Poor instructions

Only complaint is the recipes are in grams and the unit displays cups on the scale. Especially confusing because, as I know it, grams measure weight and cups measure volume. I can’t fathom a reason they did it this way when converting the machine to the US market - they definitely didn’t think it through, especially with a machine with a built in scale. After exper...

Au troisième essai, la pâte était tellement sèche que le moteur a réussi a fracturer le disque parpadelle avec un gros "POW". En démontant la machine, la tige centrale était encore humide. J'ai été deux semaine sans l'utiliser. Depuis, j'ai utilisé la machine de nouveau avec succès mais aussi beaucoup d'hésitations. L'attrait d'une telle machine est la fabrication de pâtes à forme spéciale comme les macaronis. Et les autres pasta discs disponible sur le web sont très dispendieux.

Quick and easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pasta maker is fun to use and easy to clean! It’s quiet so my husband can watch TV while I’m making pasta. I love all the different shapes that are included, too. I’ve made spaghetti, fettuccine and penne so far. What I don’t like is it takes up more counter space (since my cupboards are full.). The booklet that comes with it is sadly lacking. Not all the shaping discs are explained and the recipe given just ok. I was hoping for more reci...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works fairly well but pasta is a bit firm. Recipe book was poor. I was hoping for better and more recipes. I would like to know if it’s ok to pause the machine and change blades to make other pasta shapes. Surprised no elbow or spiral macaroni blades. Too many noodle ones. The drawer for holding blades doesn’t hold them all.
