Bad cartridge-NO hot water in 10 days of install

In 10 days of being installed I no longer had hot water. Called Pfister customer service. Apparently it had a bad cartridge, that I now have to replace it or call a plumber. They said they would send a replacement in 7 to 10 business days. They would not send expedited. Twice I reached out to their service department website about where the replacement was and I never got a response. Bad business in my opinion. Will NEVER buy Pfister again. I gave it a 1 star only because I can't give it a ZERO...

It works great wish i had bought it earlier

Very easy, detailed and practical to install, no tools needed, literally ook me 15 minutes to install, and that was my first time doing such an install.

Still leaks from faucet handle

After installation, the faucet leaked from the handle. Water drips each time the handle is used. I called Pfister warranty department and they sent replacement parts. (Just the parts, no installation documents.) The parts were very difficult to install. When done, the handle still leaks. I just call them again and they are sending new parts. Do Not buy Pfister. They expect you to go through too many hoops before replacing the entire faucet.

PFISTER Rancho kitchen Faucet

I purchased this kitchen faucet from Lowes. Pfeister made the installation process innovatively and swiftly. You may spend more time removing the old faucet than installing the new faucet. It took me about 40 minutes for installation. Of course, you will have to turn the water off and on and have all helpful tools nearby before getting under the sink. Best faucet ever!

I don't usually do reviews but here it goes... I bought & installed this faucet 2 years ago while my husband was out of town and I can not say enough good things about it! I love the finish and the ease of using it. The "hydro blade" spray is what sets this apart. I think everyone should have this faucet in their house, lol! It is very high quality and has held up for the two years we've used it. Other faucets tend to pull away from the sink and are wobbly but this one is not. You won't be sorry...

Gorgeous & installation was a breeze!

Never having installed a faucet before, I was a little nervous about doing it myself but I needn't have been. It turned out to be the easiest thing ever! This faucet really is plug-and-play. The water pressure is great, the operation is silky-smooth as one other commenter noted, and the design of this faucet is absolutely gorgeous. This is a major upgrade from my old pull-out faucet in every way.

Last minute change to Rancho - best decision ever!

Last minute change to Rancho was the best decision we could have made....... Installation was a snap, perfectly designed to make replacement painless. Rancho faucet water flow seems like higher water pressure than we actually have. This faucet has so many positives - 3 position spray head, magnetic spray head leaps back onto the faucet effortlessly. The on / off handle operates smoothly and effortlessly.

Matte Peeling Off

This faucet is perfectly functioning with all 3 features we were looking for. After months of in-store and online shopping I finally found this little beauty. About 4 months after installing it I noticed the matte finish was peeling off the pull down sprayer (and is continuing to do so) and revealing the glossy finish underneath. Cheesy. I will have to replace it at some point in the near future as it it's all that appealing to see. I hate the thought of staring over for the hunt. :/
