Would Not RecommendThis faucet is just ok, it has a few flaws. 1 - the spray setting turns off when you turn the faucet off and always defaults to a stream. 2- the spray setting requires almost full force or it goes to stream so its impossible to have a low spray setting. 3- the counterweight is attached to the hose so it moves up when you pull out the faucet head which causes it to hit the plumbing. Would RecommendWe like this but I had a question for Pfister support. I have been trying to get an answer for monts and it is a constant runaround. They make contacting thiem difficult by web, email, or phone. They want multiple forms of docuementation and photos and submission via the website constantly fails. Phone support has been poor with language/accent barriers. I finally gave up.
Great looking unit
Would RecommendIt has only been in for a week, but so far so good. My installer loved that the body could be installed to the sink from above. It looks great. The third spray mode, high pressure, works very well and is a plus.

waste of money for long term
Would Not Recommendhaven't even owned this 1 year and I'm told by their warranty dept the cartridge needs maintenance every 6 months. came home today to water leaking everywhere, luckily all into the sink. they argued with me about expediting, I have no kitchen faucet. do not waste your money. other better brands
