Check your boxes for damage before leaving.

We picked the four boxes of flooring. All four boxes were damaged. The boxes were dropped on their ends and the planks were damaged to the point they wouldn’t fit. We were able to get enough out of two boxes to repair our floor but we will need to return the other two. We had some before we started but ordered these to ensure we have enough. How do we return the other two boxes?

Horrible warranty, water and scratch resistance!

This product is awful. We installed it a few years ago and it has been nothing but a nightmare. We have had water spills on the floor (nothing major... Like a cup of water spilled) and within 1 hour the boards swell at the joints. We are in Vegas where water evaporates almost as quickly as it falls. My cat knocked a cup of water off the table while we were gone. We returned an hour later to find the joints of 4 boards swollen. We tried doing the warranty process for over 2 years to then be ...

"Real" grain is great but beware water intrusion

Great looking floor with "real" grain embossed to match wood. Waterproof from above, but a small plumbing leak seeped under and caused swelling to ruin a few sections. Edges were caulked to spec so not sure how it happened.

I need to know installation date!

I'm unable to reach customer service for an installation date. Flooring Dept at Clearwater, FL store doesn't answer phone. I've called several times today.

Boards arrived damaged

I ordered 10 boxes of these and once they finally arrived, the corners were chipped off and the connective edges were broken as well. Their shipping leaves much to be desired. I'm going to have to return these damaged items and choose a color from the limited in-store selection. I'm very disappointed.

Beautiful color and quality

The color of this is exactly like a vintage hardwood floor. The different "plank" sizes give the look so much texture and liveliness we have it throughout our 2 story home. It goes well with all colors of wood furniture without clashing and we have had no issues of plank separation or color changes.

An associate named Junior in Order fulfilment is in my opinion is an asset to Lowes. He was outstanding in following thru locating and correcting a problem with an order for flooring. He kept me informed of his progress. Outstnding customer service.
