Horrible warranty, water and scratch resistance!

This product is awful. We installed it a few years ago and it has been nothing but a nightmare. We have had water spills on the floor (nothing major... Like a cup of water spilled) and within 1 hour the boards swell at the joints. We are in Vegas where water evaporates almost as quickly as it falls. Beautiful and tough!

I selected WetProtect Herschel Hickory after testing every available waterproof laminate in both Lowes and that orange store for scratch resistance. The Herschel Hickory was better than other brands and even other colors in the Timbercraft+ line. Damaged in shipment

I purchased nine boxes of this Pergo flooring to finish a bedroom. Almost every plank in the nine boxes that were shipped to my Lowe's store was damaged. I've installed 35 boxes of this flooring in two different homes and the flooring itself is great. I was told that the flooring is no longer available in stores so I ordered online. its not waterproof

The product claims to be waterproof, but it's not even close to being waterproof. Just finished this floor downstairs. I did the entire downstairs in this floor because it's beautiful and unique, but somehow we got water on it and it buckled part of the floor. Now of course, they discontinued it. Not Waterproof

Dog peed on it while we were out and it buckled & peeled. Can no longer get this product so now I have to replace the whole floor. I will do better research on the new flooring.

Difficult to install, comes damaged

The title mostly says it all. I’ve been installing this in my kids room after work. It took three days and several failed attempts to get these to lock together. Forget the instructions on the package. You want the tongue facing away from your initial wall. Great product, poor pickup system

Love the flooring and got a good deal, pickup was ridiculous. The flooring was already wrapped on a pallet and would've taken 2 seconds to drop on my truck bed with a forklift like last time I bought some. They sent a guy out with a pallet jack, said the forklift guys were too busy. The pallet lift didn't work so we had to load it all by hand. Not at all what they advertise.

We had over 600ft professionally installed. The very first thing that the installers noticed was all the chips the edges had. A total of 26 pieces, as well the limited variety per box of patterns. We had a average of 3 full solid planks per box out of the 8. Which when you look at the model floor at lowes they do not show. Neither do the pictures on the box themselves. Exactly what I hoped it would be

I wanted a dark natural looking wood floor that felt like wood. This flooring is extremely high quality. Once it's down it is peobably the best flooring I've ever seen (including Hardwood and Bamboo flooring). I've moved my couch, large desk, and other various furnature around on it and no hint of scratches or scuffs (including dropping a hammer, pry bar, and other tools onto it by accident). Beautiful floor- but you will be cleaning

Just installed- love it! Plan to decorate with hints of East coast/Nantucket feel- but note- it is a light colored floor with less "distracting details" so your snowy-muddy footprints will be readily seen. Plan to wipe regulrly.
